Helping Special Districts

CSDA Finance Corporation exists for the purpose of providing special districts with efficient, effective and prompt satisfaction of all their financial needs. In our 20-year history, we have helped more than 70 districts by arranging over $500 million in financing for a variety of projects. Whether your agency is in the market for a new fire engine, has plans to construct a new facility (or enhance an existing one), and/or upgrade your technology and telecommunications equipment the CSDA Finance Corporation can meet your financing needs.

Established in 1988, California Special Districts Association formed CSDA Finance Corporation to offer members cost-effective, tax-exempt municipal financing programs for major capital projects, equipment leasing and property acquisition. Dedicated to serving the public financing interests of special districts the CSDA Corporation's Board of Directors is composed of managers and directors from special districts throughout California. Together with the assistance of our professional underwriting team the CSDA Finance Corporation offers tax-exempt financing programs including certificates of participation (COPs) financing; interim financing; investment management; as well as small lease financing.
